The rear of the house opens onto the patio and the garden from the central french window of the living room and also from the two main bedrooms.
A fountain decorates the patio and a magnificent and traditional “R'taj” door closes the large living room's french window.


Swimming pool

The pool offers a complete relaxing area with a dome and a pool house.
The vaulted bathing kiosk offers shade during the hot summer months.
The basin - less deep on this side with wide steps going down into the water- is also ideal for children. At the other end of the pool, a pool house can accommodate a summer lounge or a bar.
The access to the communal gardens are accesible through the pool house.
